Staffy Collars Another Question On My Staffy Jumping The Fence????

Another question on my staffy jumping the fence???? - staffy collars

My staffy is a puppy of my own fence and must not all believe that there is nothing wrong with the ..... it increases rather than jumping. I live in a rental, I can not build a new wall to be higher, so I am lookin to collect on people Collar Innotek sd2100 is to say they are, but I wanted to know if someone has used it and what to think. .
